The Shangri Lao is located 24 km outside and just 3 km downstream from Xieng Lom village, Luang Prabang and near Tasea waterfall. The Shangri Lao is the new luxury camp located in the heart of the primary jungle of the Huay Khot valley not too far from Luang Prabang center. All spacious tents, furnished with selected handcrafted 19th century style furniture, sit on permanent hardwood floors and come with an attached bathroom which provides an authentic bath tub or whirlpool.

There are 2 camps in similar style located on the riverside for the first one and in the primary jungle of the Huay Khot valley for the second one.
 
These 2 camps have 8 tents with an area of 35m2/ each. All spacious tents, furnished with selected handcrafted 19th century style furniture, sit on permanent hardwood floors and come with an attached bathroom with hot shower. Each tent has nice decor in local style and wooden furniture, writing desk, private balcony with chairs and ceiling fan.
