You will depart at 7h00 from Auberge Calao pier ( you should present at the pier at 6h45) for a trip from the Mekong to Pakbeng and the Luang Say Lodge. When you boat to Pak Ou Village, you will be served a continental breakfast.
Then at 8h30, Tam Thing cave- cave of thousand buddhas- which is opposite to the mouth of the Nam Ou River, near Pak Ou village will be the next stop. It is a famous cave with over 2,500 Buddha statues of all sizes, which is also known as Rock Cave.
At 12h30, you will be served with Laos’ main culinary in a buffet style on board with a choice of starters and main course, fish or meat dishes.
The next stop is a traditional Laos village- village of Baw at 13h30. It is a time for you to experience traditional process of making Lao whiskey after a long cruise of floating on the river to enjoy sights of granite cliffs and sparkling sandy shores.
You will present at Luang Say Lodge near Pakbeng at 17h00 to refresh, and enjoy the sights of the river and nature here.
On the open air terrace towards the Mekong River, you will be served a wonderful dinner of Laos.
