At 7h00 in the morning, a full breakfast is served on the terrace. It is the most beautiful time of day in Luang Say Lodge when sights of the peaceful mountains stun in mist.
From Luang Say Lodge, you continue your journey at 8h to discover view along the river.
The first stop is a traditional Laos village- village of Baw at 10h30. It is a time for you to experience traditional process of making Lao whiskey after a long cruise of floating on the river to enjoy sights of granite cliffs and sparkling sandy shores.
At 12h30, it is time of lunch in a buffet style which you could choose from a variety of starters and main course of Laos’ cuisine. A different choice of fish and meat dishes is also served bringing you a wonderful experience.
Tam Thing cave- cave of thousand buddhas- which is opposite to the mouth of the Nam Ou River, near Pak Ou village will be the next stop. It is a famous cave with over 2,500 Buddha statues of all sizes, which is also known as Rock Cave.
At 17h00 you will reach Luang Prabang- the former imperial capital of Laos- after a long day of sightseeing beautiful mountains, wild nature, local life and delicious food.
